Questo significa lavorazione accurata, artigianalit\u00e0 e soprattutto: un grande amore per la carne.<\/p>\n<p>Fino ad oggi la macelleria tradizionale di Bolzano \u00e8 rimasta un&#8217;azienda a conduzione familiare. E anche Oskar Stampfl viene attivamente aiutato dalla moglie e le figlie.
